Starigrad-Paklenica

Starigrad a small town and port on the coast of the Velebit Channel, close to Paklenica National Park, 45 km south of Karlobag. The town is first mentioned in Roman times, built on the foundations of the ancient city of Argyruntum, and today is the center of the Paklenica Riviera, part of the 20 km long, where they touch the mountains and the sea, so it is interesting Starigrad swimmers and hikers alike. The medieval church is situated along the Adriatic Highway between Stari Grad and Selina. Around the church is a cemetery in which ukapalo from the mid 13th century.
